Thermoformed Plastic Condoms are the invention of Robert Miller and coworkers of a Canadian firm called Ortho-McNeil Inc. , a pharmaceutical and medical supply company. The company says that these condoms made from polyester urethane are stronger and more resistant to viruses than traditional rubber condoms. On October 17th, 1995, Ortho-McNeil Inc. received their patent for their condoms.
