Dental Clinics Free for the poor children

Possibly set up as a program by Rochester Dental Society, eventually getting funding by George Eastman, Eastman Kodak Company, then the name changed to Eastman Dental Dispensary. In 1902 another free clinic was set up in Strassburg, Germany (now Strasbourg, France) by Dr, Ernst Jessen.
