It was introduced at the West Coast Computer Faire in California, USA in April 1981. The toolbox-shaped computer, weighing 24 pounds (11 kilograms), featured a Z80A CPU, a 5-inch cathode-ray tube display, 64KB of RAM, a modem, two floppy disk drives, a keyboard that fit inside the lid of the integrated case, and a selection of business software selling for $1,795 US.
