Crown Street Station Opens in Liverpool

Crown Street train station in Liverpool, England was built in 1830 to serve the Liverpool and Manchester Railway. The single train shed was open at both ends. Later, the Mount Clare train station was built in Baltimore, MD, USA, consisting of a small, brick, polygonal structure preserved as a historical site.
