International Law Text On the Law of War and Peace

Dutch jurist Hugo Grotius wrote the international law document De Jure Belli ac Pacis (On the Law of War and Peace) in Paris in 1625. it set forth the basis of modern international law with Grotius insisting the existence of “natural law” for nations allowing wars and providing for individuals rights.
