Homosexual Civil Rights Law comes to Pass

the Canadian province of Quebec, on December 16th 1977, updated its Provincial Charter of Human Rights, which bars discrimination against a variety of groups. The amendment now include homosexuals as part of the groups it protects, and thus giving Homosexuals Civil Rights in Law.
