Berlin Opens Center for Human Sexuality

Institut fur Sexual Wissenschaft or Center for the Study of Human Sexuality was opened in Berlin, Germany in 1935 founded by homosexual rights advocate Magnus Hirschfeld. The institute was burned down by the Nazis in 1939.
