Soviet Telegraph News Agency Goes Live

Communist Soviet news agency TASS or Telegraf Node Agentstvo Sovetskogo Soyuza was formed in 1925 to distribute Soviet versions of domestic and world news. TASS was disbanded following the Soviet Union’s collapse in 1991.
